My approach to therapy is using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). CBT is client-centered, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I aim to create a supportive and empathetic therapeutic relationship where clients feel heard and respected. Through CBT techniques, I help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and empower them to challenge negative thought patterns and develop effective coping skills. Our therapy sessions are structured and focused, with an emphasis on practical exercises and homework assignments to reinforce learning and promote real-world application of skills. I tailor my approach to meet each client's unique needs and goals, integrating other therapeutic techniques as necessary. My goal is to facilitate lasting positive change and empower clients to take control of their mental health and well-being.
